Limitless AIOS
AIOS Build Plan · For Ryan Rawlins, UNSIGNED

Your AIOS,
built around UNSIGNED.

The operating system that helps you build and run UNSIGNED, all in one place. Here is what it is, what it does for you, and where we start.

The core

Most AI gives you answers.
Yours runs the business.

A chatbot waits for you to ask. An operating system knows your business, lives across your tools, and does the work. That is the difference, and it is the whole point.

03 / 16
What this is

One system. Your whole operation.

Think of it as your work operating system and second brain. It understands UNSIGNED, connects to your tools, and helps you build whatever you describe, in plain English.

Describe it, build it
Say what you want in plain words and it builds it, from a spreadsheet to a whole workflow.
Perfect memory
It remembers everything about your business, so you never start from a blank page.
Works from day one
It starts working for you on the first day. By the end of week one you are moving fast.
04 / 16
Just ask

You just ask.

"Add these 40 labels."
Tagged, deduped and filed, ready for Supabase.
"What needs me today?"
Your morning brief, in plain English.
"Draft the launch email."
Written and ready for your yes.
"Build me a subscriptions dashboard."
Built, and live on your screen.

No menus, no settings, no tool to learn. You talk, it works.

05 / 16
Why it gets better

It never forgets.

The longer you use it, the more it becomes yours.

Total recall
Every chat, decision and file, remembered. Nothing falls through.
It knows UNSIGNED
It never forgets how your business works, or what you are building.
Never from zero
You never start from a blank page, or have to re-explain yourself.
06 / 16
What it does for you

Five things, one place.

Understands your business
Your product, your 863 verified contacts, your 12 genres, your team and your plan, all loaded in.
Builds what you need
Spreadsheets, dashboards, emails and whole workflows, on command, in plain English.
Connects your tools
Supabase, Gmail, Slack and ZeroBounce in one view, instead of chasing tool after tool.
Cuts the repetitive work
Tagging the database, chasing bounces, follow-ups and launch emails become one-command jobs.
Is your thinking partner
Brainstorm an idea, pressure-test a decision, plan a build, any time.
07 / 16
How it is built

Five layers. Built one at a time.

1
Context
It learns how UNSIGNED works.
2
Connect
It plugs into the tools and data you already use.
3
Clarity
It turns the noise into one clear daily picture.
4
Automate
It takes the repetitive work off your plate.
5
Growth
The time you get back goes into the business.

Each layer is independently valuable, and each one earns the next. We start with the layer that buys you the most time.

08 / 16
On the move

Run it from your pocket.

You do not need to be at your laptop. Message your system from your phone and it gets on with it while you are away from the desk.

Fire off a job
"Add these labels", "send that email", "what's happening today", from anywhere.
It works while you're out
It does the task and reports back, so you are not tied to the desk to get things done.
The business keeps moving
Travelling, on the farm or mid-launch, it keeps going when you are not at it.
09 / 16
Where you are now

You are running a back office on your own.

Data, marketing, support, operations, finance. Five years ago that was a team. Right now it is all you, and it is time you are not spending on the product, the music or the launch.

Database upkeep
6+ hrs

Every week, by hand: collect, tag, dedupe, rebuild.

Verified contacts
863

364 labels and 499 DJs you maintain manually.

To launch
< 1 mo

And a waitlist growing 10+ a day.

The build · Version 1

Where we'd point it first.

The four you picked, the ones that change your week the most.

Database Engine
Drop in new labels and DJs. It tags, dedupes and files them into Supabase itself.
Command Screen
One morning view: signups, spend, dev status, and exactly what needs you today.
Numbers View
Expenses, subscriptions and revenue in one place. The money, without digging.
Launch Engine
Your waitlist turned into segmented, scheduled launch emails, ready for go-live.

What we build · 1 and 2

Out of the weeds, first.

01Built first

Database Engine

Drop a list of new label or DJ names in one place. It works out the genre, alt genres and five keywords in your exact structure, dedupes on name, files it into the right section and readies it for Supabase. It runs your ZeroBounce checks too, so a dead address never reaches an artist.

Why first: it is your biggest drain, 6+ hours a week.

02Your single view

Command Screen

One screen every morning. Signups and paying numbers since launch, what you are spending, what the devs shipped or are stuck on, and what needs a call from you today. For anything that needs you, it tells you exactly how. Your task list lives here too.

Built on: your real data, no tool-to-tool hopping.

12 / 16
What we build · 3 and 4

The money and the launch.

03Visibility

Numbers View

Expenses, subscriptions and revenue pulled into one view inside the Command Screen. It shows you the numbers, it does not move them. Read-only on the money.

So: you always know where you stand.

04Timed to go-live

Launch Engine

Your waitlist (80 and growing 10+ a day) turned into launch emails, segmented and scheduled, so the people who have been waiting actually hear about it, on time, without you hand-building a send.

Ready: before you launch.

13 / 16
How it works with you

Built for how you work.

It plugs into your stack. Supabase, Gmail and YAMM, ZeroBounce, Slack, your label and DJ files. No second system to maintain.
You stay in control. It drafts and prepares; you approve what matters. Sending and money stay under your hand.
It explains every step. Plain English, no assumed dev or AI knowledge. The how, not just the what.
Clear of Brainbox. It runs the business around the product. It does not build the platform, and nothing is assumed raised with the devs.
14 / 16
Delivery

One build, in sequence.

1
On sign-off

Database Engine

  • Your real database loaded in
  • The collect-tag-dedupe loop, gone
  • You feel the time back immediately
The 6-hours-a-week win
2
Next

Command Screen + Numbers

  • Your single morning view
  • Signups, spend, dev status
  • Finance visibility in one place
Stop tool-hopping
3
Before go-live

Launch Engine

  • Waitlist segmented
  • Launch emails scheduled
Ready for launch day
15 / 16
The line

What is not in v1.

Outreach engine

Running your YAMM and Instagram batches. A natural next phase once the four above are working.

The platform build

UNSIGNED itself stays with Brainbox. This runs the business around it, it does not touch the product code.

A parallel system

There is no second tool to keep in sync. It works inside what you already use.

Marketing copy

Stays with Lena. The system supports the work, it does not replace her voice.
